Major concepts in environmental/earth sciences, human/cultural, and economic/urban geography. Proseminar format requires review of readings with oral and written presentations. Focus on synthesis and application of geographic concepts to contemporary research themes. PREREQUISITE: 23 semester hours in Geography to include: ESCI 1010, 1020, 1011, 1021, 1301 or any 43-course; ESCI 1401 or 3430, 3514 and two additional upper division courses selected from two of the following areas: human/economic, environmental/earth, or the techniques.
