Individual instruction with emphasis on advanced line writing, fusion and contemporary mainstream styles, writing for full studio orchestra. May be repeated for additional credit. NOTE: Composition is taught as applied music. Students receive the equivalent of one hour lesson per week. Fee for this instruction is $100.00 per semester. PREREQUISITE: MUTC 3501, or permission of instructor.
