Concerned with the development of a general management perspective in establishing the strategic direction for an enterprise. Students gain an understanding of strategy formulation and implementation within the context of the global environment. Emphasis is on the integration of knowledge acquired in the previous functional area courses. Note: This course is intended as a final semester Capstone course. Prereq: BUSN 6560 and BUSN 6640 - strictly enforced; BUSN 6630 strongly recommended and may be taken concurrently.
