A course designed to enhance the student's ability to read, translate, and discuss Russian texts. Students read works from both 19th and 20th century fiction, which they analyze both thematically and stylistically. Class work and assignments are geared towards increasing the student's vocabulary and understanding of Russian stylistics. All texts, lectures, and discussions in Russian. Prerequisite: LG 272 or equivalent.
