This course is an introduction to physical chemistry with emphasis on applications to biochemical systems. The areas of thermodynamics, equilibrium, redox properties, kinetics, colligative properties, diffusion, viscosity, sedimentation and spectroscopy are covered and application is made to macromolecules.
