Prerequisites: SOC 101 or ANT 111 or SOC 113 or ANT 113 or CJS 190. A study of peaceful, non-violent societies and observation of the processes and conditions that shape relations of peace and non-violence. The course presents evidence that our human potential for peaceful relationships is strong and is a long-standing part of our human behavior.
