3 hours lecture Prerequisites: ECE 321 Classical control of single-input single-output systems. Both time domain and frequency domain analysis and design techniques are presented. Subjects included are signal flowgraphs, control devices, electrical motors, root-locus, Bod plots, stability, Routh-Hurwitz criterion, Nyquist stability, phase lead/lag controllers and PID controllers.
