Subject matter includes analysis of the manpower system and the interrelationship of major areas of concern in human resource management such as manpower staffing, development, and utilization. Job evaluation techniques, job design, recruiting, testing, training and career progression are specific areas of study. Consideration also given to health, safety, labor relations, morale, wages, salaries, incentives, and other personnel policies and practices. Prerequisite: Junior Standing MGT207
