This course facilitates the transition from student to professional nurse. Clinical placement is planned in accordance with the student's professional interests. The content focuses on professional organizations, legal and ethical issues, economic and political aspects of health care, specific issues related to professional adjustment, and strategies to ease the transition from student the graduate nurse and employee. Various topics are explored though networking, self-reflection, and student projects. Prerequisite: NUR 201, NUR 202
