Prerequisites: CETT 1429 and credit or enrollment in CETT 1472This course is a study of special purpose semiconductor devices, circuits, and applications including bipolar transistors, JFETs, MOSFETs, oscillators, switching circuits, thyristors, optoelectronic devices, and special application diodes.
