Topics, partially chosen by class vote, include modern spacecraft investigations of the planets, the possibilities of life in outer space, interstellar communication, space travel, and recent discoveries such as pulsars, black holes, quasars, dark matter, and the universe. This course is for students who want more than just a basic descriptive course.
