Catalog Description: Topics include concepts of geometry, probability, and statistics, as well as application of the algebraic properties of real numbers to concepts of measurement with an emphasis on problem solving and critical thinking. Special emphasis will be given to terminology, notation, skills, and approaches relevant to the elementary and middle grades and to uses if manipulatives and technology in the classroom.
