A study of the fundamental cultural, ethical, and philosophical issues which are involved in leadership. This course, the capstone requirement for the leadership program, addresses these issues in the context of a required community project. Students will be challenged through these projects to become catalysts for positive change and leadership in their communities. Students will prepare presentations outlining course projects and present them before a panel of professors and community members. (Junior standing required).
