This course will provide an introduction to research methods and design. It will emphasize research methods that are significant to all types of communication studies (e.g. rhetorical, mass, interpersonal organization). Students will be exposed to the four major kinds of methods: survey, experimental, introduction, and field analysis. The course will be required for all communication majors.
