This course covers the topics involved in systems design and analysis, including the systems development cycle. An iterative approach of design and analysis is used, while prototyping and other alternative strategies are discussed. Documentation of software projects is discussed. Current software tools are integrated into the course, e.g., data flow systems, version control systems, etc. Prerequisites: CIS 281 and MIS 360.
