In this course, students examine the technical and non technical aspects of software development, including specifications, planning, design, development, management, and maintenance of software projects. Also included in this course is an introduction to the strategies used in producing quality software. Prerequisite: CIS 150.CIS 370 Information Systems Planning and Management (3) In this course, students study the financial, technical, and strategic information systems planning processes. Emphasis is placed on the relationship of information systems and the information systems function to the overall business organization as well as planning and budgeting. Prerequisites: CIS 282 and MIS 360.
