Examines economic theory and applications to explain the dynamics of conflict. Uses an economic aproach to solving environmental problems; students will research, analyze, and report on environmental public policy issues. Prereq: ENVI 150 or ENVI 152 or ECON 141 or ECON 142 and junior status
