An overview of the concepts of holistic professional nursing and the nursing process. This process is presented as a critical thinking and problem-solving tool for identifying client problems and for initiating independent and collaborative nursing interventions. Prerequisites: Current LPN/LVN licensure with current practice. Pre/Co-requisites: Biology 250, 251, and 380 or equivalents. Co-requisites: 201C and 202/202L. Offered spring term each year (dependent on student need).
