Leadership skills and management strategies necessary for appropriate and effective holistic nursing care are explored and analyzed. The use of outcome measures to promote quality and cost effective health care in various organizations and health care delivery systems is emphasized. Prerequisites: Nursing 410/410C or equivalents. Co-requisite: Nursing 420P. Offered spring term each year.
