A course in which students learn theories and practices of leadership, as well as examples of ethical leadership behavior. The course explores the creation of a personal vision, interactions in large and small groups, the needs of leaders and of members of groups, and styles/methods of leadership. The course includes opportunities for a service learning project where students observe and practice aspects of leadership. Offered fall term each year.
