Description:
-
A seminar in which the students and faculty member(s) challenge one another through readings, experiences, dialogues, to develop a philosophy of ministry, a conviction of partnership, a sense of Matthew 25:31ff, in the relationships which Christians have with/to their brothers and sisters who have been placed by education, family, society, disability, etc., in a position of handicap in achieving what the world values and finds attractive. This course challenges the student and the faculty to face the problems of the world's downtrodden rather than, in the words of Pink Floyd, turning away. Offered spring term each year.
