The history and literature of the theatre from its Greek origins to the present. This course is designed to help the student relate drama in its historical context to contemporary man. Some empahsis is placed on films, dance, and musical theatre. The course is supplemented by films, attendance at area performances, and production work on the current semester's drama production.
