(Prerequisites, CH 126 and CH 127. CH 377 to be taken concurrently.) The course is laboratory oriented. Development of good analytical technique is stressed. Includes the determination of quantitative data by volumetric, gravimetric and simple instrumental techniques. Areas discussed are acid base reaction, oxidation reduction, complexion formation, solubility equilibrium and spectroscopy.
