The scope of knowledge and skills required to effectively orchestrate an early childhood program is the focus of this course. This includes information about program philosophy, licensing standards, accreditation procedures, curriculum materials, space and equipment, health and safety issues, fiscal and time management, personnel management, parent involvement, and community relations.
