(1) Critical analysis and discussion of classroom instructional practices as they pertain to theory, content knowledge and practice to teaching and assessment of social studies, management of a classroom, and making adjustments for individual student needs. Student will write the first of two chapters of an individual research project under the supervision of a professor in the Department of Teacher Education per previously arranged contract. Admission to Teacher Education and good standing in Honors Program is required. Pre-requisites: TEEL 282 and TEEL 283. Co-requisites: TEEL 380 and TEEL 363.
