Focuses on the anaylsis of the scientific decision-making methods for modern day managers, including such topics as decision-making under certainty and uncertainty, linear programming, queuing models, simulation, project management, and forecasting. Students will be exposed to these topics as well as their solutions using both manual computations and statistical software. Prerequisites: A minimum grade of ?C? in BUSA 3131.
