Also presented are factors that affect the internal and external validity of such designs with special attention directed to those threats that are common to educational research. Statistical methods for analysis of data drawn from educational experiments (such as factorial ANOVA, ANCOVA, repeated measures ANOVA, group comparison procedures, and effect sizes) are emphasized.
