Intermediate projects utilizing design philosophy and concept development, schematic design, and design development which include the application of furniture, finishes, and interior architectural components and details. Research and analysis of sustainable materials, environmental systems, building codes, and diverse populations. Studio collaboration and assessment of skills through peer and external evaluation. Areas of emphasis may include hospitality, multi-residential, healthcare, adaptive reuse, and commercial.
