A study of mechanical and electrical equipment and systems as related to the building construction industry. The course is composed of three basic parts. Part one addresses available energy courses, thermoflow and ventilation characteristics, air handling systems, and mechanical codes. Part two addresses domestic water and waste systems, fire sprinklers and stand pipe systems and plumbing codes. Part three addresses electrical power, lighting and communication systems and electrical codes.
