Description:
Prerequisites: KINE 391 and KINE 392. Corequisites: KINE 400 and KINE 412. The course focuses on the importance of a properly developed rehabilitation plan following injury, or for management of specific medical conditions. The healing process, components of a therapeutic exercise program, and joint specific considerations in rehabilitation are addressed. The two-hour lab experience will emphasize application of therapeutic exercise in a clinical setting. (Lab fee required). This course and lab cannot be challenged.
