Prerequisites: CHEM 121 (grade of “C” or better ) and CHEM 123 (grade of “C” or better ). Corequisite or Prerequisite: CHEM 124 (grade of “C” or better ). A continuation of the quantitative study of the fundamental laws and theories of chemistry. Topics include solution chemistry, kinetics, chemical equilibrium, acids-base chemistry, thermodynamics, electrochemistry, nuclear chemistry and modern materials. Lecture 3 hours. This course cannot be challenged.
