This is a non-swimming aerobic and dance exercise class for adults of all age groups and activity levels. Taught in the shallow water, this course uses choreographed movements to provide toning, conditioning, and aerobic benefits along with aesthetic experiences and body awareness. The activity uses the water to cushion joints, neutralize gravity, and add buoyancy.
