Prerequisites: Swim 50 feet underwater, perform survival float 20 minutes, tow an inert swimmer 40 yards, swim 300 yards in a maximum of 10 minutes. This is an introduction to the safe handling of mask, fins, and snorkel, and the related underwater environment.
