Prerequisite: A grade of C or better in MTH 182. Topics include multivariate and vector calculus, three-dimensional analytic geometry, partial derivatives, multiple integrals, vector calculus, line integrals, Green's Theorem. Only 2 of the 4 credits may be counted toward graduation by students who have passed MTH 283. Course includes an introduction to the use of a computer algebra system, such as Maple or MATLAB.
