In-depth examination of how different cultures and ethnic groups have addressed similar problems and similarities in solving problems and discussion of differences as well. Review of the management of and creation of diversity programs with an eye toward analysis of both real and imagined discrimination. Discussion of "equal protection of the law" and perceived differences in the understanding of this historical development of this constitutional protection and its application to "state action".
