This course provides aspiring entrepreneurs and those already involved in a small business venture with the tools needed to enhance their potential for success and to compete effectively in the world of business. Students will learn about small business and the different types of businesses that exist. Students will have the opportunity to develop a comprehensive business plan for an existing or proposed business while exploring all aspect of the business plan. The purchase of an Assessment Instrument ($20) directly from the Instructor is optional for MGT 360. If students take MGT 325 or MGT 461, which require the instrument, they need purchase only one instrument. Check your course syllabus for specific required materials and instructions.
