Develops skills in the teaching of jazz in all of its facets and dimensions by a variety of approaches to materials, techniques and philosophies surrounding jazz education. Choosing, editing, rehearsing and programming concert materials will be taught. Also taught are scheduling, music and equipment maintenance, basic administration concerns, and other factors pertinent to operating a jazz program. Graded: Graded Student. Units: 2.0
