Introduction to fundamental tumbling and gymnastics skills which are relevant to the elementary or secondary levels. Emphasis is given to learning how to perform and effectively analyze tumbling and gymnastics skills. Students will learn about history, philosophy and the value of gymnastics as well as appropriate progressions, spotting techniques, and safety. Prerequisite: KINS 138. Graded: Graded Student.
