Advanced Instructional Design, Program Evaluation and Leadership in Career Technical Education. Demonstrates how to recruit, place and guide students, organize a program advisory committee, plan and manage a program budget, implement a plan for preventive maintenance, manage customer service, and reflect current professional association best practices. Examines local state, and federal structure of technical education. Demonstrates how to plan and prepare a complete course of instruction, including goals, lesson plans, materials, strategies, and assessment procedures, teaching critical thinking and problem solving skills.
