Analyzes statically determinate and indeterminate beams, frames, trusses and grids. Includes energy principles, flexibility analysis, slope deflection method, moment distribution procedure, and stiffness analysis. Computers are used to aid in the solution of complex structural problems. Prerequisite: CE 1A, CE 101, CE 146, ENGR 112, and MATH 32. CE 146 may be taken concurrently. Graded: Graded Student.
