Prerequisites / Corequisite Corequisite: RNSG 1209 Study of the concepts and principles essential for demonstrating competence in the performance of nursing procedures. Topics include knowledge, judgment, skills and professional values within a legal/ethical framework. This foundation course is based on the belief that the practice of nursing is guided by ideas and values which reflect a concern for quality of life and a respect for human value. This course lends itself to a blocked approach.
