Prerequisite: COMM 130 and COMM 224 and COMM 260 This course will focus on the issues of group dynamics and leadership found at all levels of society. It will build on the fundamentals of group dynamics and leadership, which were covered in group communication, and provide advanced work in theory of groups and theory of leadership. Students will be expected to make significant analysis of all group dynamics and make recommendations for change. Offered once a year.
