Prerequisite: PSYC 100 or consent of instructor The primary purpose of this course is to define and classify the many different types of abnormal behavior. The genetic, biochemical and environmental causes for each category of behavior are presented. To a lesser degree, the most effective treatments and the degree to which the treatments are successful are evaluated.
