This course provides an opportunity for student to acquire skills necessary for effective interviews with people seeking help. Extensive use is made of role plays by student which are videotaped nd replayed for analysis. Course gives attention to interviewing families, as well as, individuals, securing needed information, handling racial difficulties, handling anger, and handling client requests.(Fall-Spring).
