This second course in the human behavior and the social environment professional foundation sequence is designed to expand the social work student's knowledge of theoretical content of the person-in-eivnronment focus upon which social work bases its practice. An ecological model utilizing a life span approach to understanding individuals as they devleop and have membership in families, groups, organizations and communities from middle adulthood to later adulthood is offered as the organizaing framework. Prerequisite: SOWK 3381.
