Clinical practice allows utilization of leadership and management skills in preparation for the role of a professional nurse. This is a clinical practicum which must be taken concomitantly with NURS 4140 which allows the students an opportunity to apply leadership principles and management skills in a variety of work/health care environments. Student develops individual goals and objectives for clinical experiences which serve to establish a base for content reviews during planned seminars. Co-Requisites: Electives.
