Along the way, topics for discussion will include immigration, urbanization, business, art, religion, literature, technology, organized labor, machine politics, women's suffrage, the Populist movement, the status of African-Americans, the displacement of Native Americans in the West, range wars in the West, and the Spanish-American War.
