Prerequisite: PHED 217 and PHED 414 Designed to enhance leadership and instructional competencies in the coaching profession, this course will stress the principles and practices of effective coaching including peer feedback, analysis of coach (role-playing) and athlete (peer) behavior, and utilization of motivational techniques to enhance skill development.
