Leadership and administrative tasks are essential to any viable organization. The course develops a model for music leadership that gleans valuable lessons from the current and classic literature while maintaining a thoroughly biblical, Kingdom centered, framework. The course addresses skills of managing self and others, budgeting, cataloging, filing, scheduling, communication, and working under authority. The course proveds a working knowledge of music architecture and equipment. Careful attention will be given to stewardship of resources. Every Other Year.
