How to create new ventures, including the entrepreneurial team, the opportunity, and financial requirements. Skills, concepts, attitudes, and know-how relevant for creating and building a venture. New venture initiation and development; a practical approach to developing and implementing procedures and techniques for starting an enterprise. Class discussions based on readings and case studies.
